From an early age, he learned the artistry of kneading dough and creating flavourful, wholesome breads inspired by centuries-old techniques.
After years of perfecting his craft in some of Italy’s most renowned bakeries and restaurants, Sebastiano brought his expertise to London. Fuelled by his love for artisan breads and a desire to share the essence of Italian baking, he established Il Fornaio Ltd. Since its founding, the bakery has been dedicated to bringing a taste of Italy to the local community, combining time-honoured methods with the finest ingredients to create breads that embody tradition, craftsmanship, and the capacity to meet demand without compromising quality.
