As demand grew, IL FORNAIO expanded, relocating to a purpose-built, modernized facility in London’s Park Royal. This new home allowed us to enhance production while staying true to our artisanal roots, ensuring that the quality and authenticity of our baked goods remained at the heart of everything we do.

IL FORNAIO embarks on a new phase of growth with the construction of a mezzanine area, featuring the installation of a state-of-the-art Koenig production line. This expansion enhances our capabilities, allowing us to continue delivering high-quality, authentic baked goods with greater efficiency and precision.

IL FORNAIO enhances its production capabilities by upgrading the existing Fritsch line, incorporating new additions to accommodate an expanded range of products. IL FORNAIO enhances its facility with the acquisition of a state-of-the-art silo system, optimizing storage efficiency and space utilization. This upgrade provides greater control over storage conditions while streamlining the loading and depositing process, further improving our operational capabilities and commitment to excellence

IL FORNAIO continues to innovate with the acquisition of a state-of-the-art travel oven, enhancing our baking capabilities and efficiency.
